Overview of tools for large agricultural fields
The applied chassis system with a suspension system enables the connection of two 4.0 m wide cultivation machines, facilitating effective use based on needs. For instance, a machine produced in combination with a disc harrow can be transformed into a unit for pre-sowing cultivation by disconnecting the two 4.0 m machines purchased with the device from the tool carrier and connecting other cultivation machines. This versatility avoids costs associated with multiple purchases of the chassis, brake system, and hydraulic folding system for transport. Additionally, any mounted 4.0 m cultivation machine can be used with smaller tractors without utilizing the chassis with the suspension system.
The BigField machine comprises a chassis with a tool connection system and two 4.0m wide mounted units. It features two hydraulic suspension systems, enabling compatibility with various cultivation machines:
- Compact seedbed cultivator U 684
- Disc harrow U 652
- Universal cultivator U 497
- Compact disc harrow U 693
- Heavy stubble harrow U 671
Two disc harrows or cultivators can be mounted on the same implement carrier using the three-point linkage. This multiple use of one carrier saves money, eliminating the need for double or triple investments in the chassis, brake system, and hydraulic folding device. In extremely challenging conditions, the chassis can be raised to utilize its full weight, thereby applying sufficient pressure on the soil through the working elements of the attached machines. During transport between fields, the device hydraulically folds the side sections of the machines, reducing the transport width to 3.0 meters, ensuring a smooth and safe ride. The transport system features a frame construction and is attached to the lower eyelet.
