The Kverneland Exacta CL EW with a basic hopper capacity of 1100l is the ideal weighing spreader for the smaller arable or dairy farm. This ISOBUS compatible weighing spreader is equipped with a reference sensor, which will correct automatically on slopes and for shocks. Therefore this spreader can work with high accuracy on rough terrains and in hilly conditions. To maximise your output and business there is the possibility to get Basic Section Control software on the CL EW spreader. A simple way to reduce the over dosing on the headland or irregular shaped field by increasing the number of sections. On a standard Kverneland weighing spreader the working width can be divided into 1 left and 1 right hand side section – to only shut off half of the working width. The principle of Basic Section Control is based on an even number of 4 metre sections. The Basic Section Control software adjusts the dosing system by a GPS positioning system to optimise overlap and coverage with a minimum of over and under dosing. This results in a better yield and a reduction of costs. It is even possible to do variable rate spreading with application maps.
